Timm Simmons is a thirty five year resident of Harford
county Maryland and a Bel Air High school graduate. In
1985 Timm started a then framing only company. Later in 1987,
Timms inspirations shifted to all aspects of home improvements
from framing to foundations, insulation, drywall, ceramic
tile, interior trim, custom kitchens, siding, roofing you
name it Timm loved the task at hand. Also in 1987 arrived
Timms first child Justin who inspired the naming of the
company to T J Simmons and Son. Which since then his
two daughters Julia and JoAnna have been lobbying for a
name change!
All along the way his wife Laura has been their weather
for the day to day needs of running a construction company
as well as raising their three children. Timm or Laura
do not hesitate to do what's important for their family
weather it atvs with there son girl scouts or field trips
with their daughters. "Over the last twenty years our company
has grown slowly and securely by specializing in from the
ground-up high end renovations we are able to offer many
services, such as light excavation, drywall , insulation
, hardwood floors, custom kitchens, maintenance free decks
we do all of these things and much much more in- house". "Since
the inception of the company we have instilled the utmost
pride in our company's reputation. We understand the customers,
concerns, wants and needs and how to prioritize them".
They also pride themselves on long term employment understanding
the fact that a company is only as good as their staff
in the field as well as in the office.
Timm Insists that we must be willing to learn new things
every day he believes "as soon as we know everything there
is to know, we are of no use to anyone" |
